This bamboo whisk is used to make Organic Matcha Green Tea Powder frothy and of the right consistency for drinking. This pronged whisk is 4.5 inches in length. Comes in handy hard plastic container to protect the delicate prongs.
1. Sift about 1/2 teaspoon of Matcha Tea into your bowl or cup.
2. Pour about 1/2 cup of hot water (not boiling) over powder.
3. Whisk - Start whisking slowly and then pick up speed, whisking back and forth (not in a circular pattern) until bubbles start to form. While still whisking quickly, slowly draw the whisk up towards the surface and when you reach the surface, slow your whisking a little. This final step will help to break up the larger bubbles on the surface and produce a nice crema.
